WSA USA cannot accept Refunds. WSA USA can only provide store credit in the event that any items need to be returned. All returns will have a minimum of 25% restocking charge. No Returns without prior authorization. Return requests must include the reason for the return, the original invoice number and the date of purchase. Altered or previously installed materials will not be accepted. No returns on cut wires, light bulbs or special ordered materials. Replenishment fees will be based on manufacturers policy and will include shipping charges. Credit will not be issued until credit is received by WSA USA from the manufacturer.
Warranty: WSA USA offers a one year guarantee that any of its NEW products are free from any defects in workmanship and materials that would prevent the products from performing as intended under normal use and services. If any returned product is found by WSA USA inspection to be detective in workmanship or materials, WSA USA will replace it or repair it, at WSA USA discretion, at no charge. If inspection by WSA USA does not reveal any defect covered by this guarantee, the equipment will be replaced or repaired and WSA USA regular service charges will apply. All “special ordered” or “non-stock” parts are nonreturnable. Other warranties will be established based upon matching the manufacturer’s own length of warranty. This warranty does not apply in case of mishandling, abuse, unauthorized repair or “Acts of God.” With the exception of the preceding statements, WSA USA makes no other warranties, expressed or implied.
Warranty Claim Procedure: Any problem or failure with purchased or repaired equipment must first be reported to one of our sales team members at [email protected], before the item can be returned to WSA USA. Returning any product without prior authorization and an RMA # will automatically void the warranty.

Shipment processing time
All orders have a default processing time of 6 – 8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Shipping may occur as product(s) becomes available. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Due to the nature of our industry and being at the mercy of the manufacturers, delivery delays can occasionally occur.
